A growing collective
Join a growing group of companies making a shared commitment to mental health. Your participation strengthens a collective effort—and gives your company a meaningful way to put its commitment into action.

The Innergiving Collective
With a Collective Membership starting at $375/month, your company joins a growing collective that pools capital into major grants for vetted mental-health nonprofits—larger than any one company could fund alone, fully curated and managed for you.
Meaningful impact, made simple—with a story worth telling.
The offer
Innergiving members are companies that believe mental health deserves real investment—and that meaningful change begins when we stop working in isolation.
The Innergiving Collective brings companies together around a shared commitment to mental health, strengthening a curated portfolio of mental health nonprofits and building a community united by something that matters to us all: the well-being of people.
Through KH Impact Advisors, we provide the curation, due diligence, coordination, and impact reporting that make participation straightforward. Companies choose the level of service that fits their needs and can make a separate charitable contribution through the Charityvest Community Fund to support the nonprofit portfolio.
Rather than navigating the landscape alone, your company benefits from a curated portfolio of mental health organizations, coordinated support, and shared impact reporting—all managed through one trusted partner.

KH Impact Advisors handles the curation, due diligence, portfolio coordination, monitoring, and impact reporting. Your company chooses an annual service subscription, and we manage the work from there. Your contribution to the nonprofit portfolio is made separately through the Charityvest Community Donor Advised Fund.
The Innergiving Collective is an ongoing service and community for companies that believe mental health deserves greater investment.
Through a shared commitment, participating companies help strengthen a curated portfolio of mental health nonprofits. Each company chooses the level of service that fits its needs and whether, and how much, to contribute to the charitable fund.
As participation grows, so does the opportunity to connect companies, strengthen nonprofit organizations, and contribute to a future where more people feel supported, connected, and able to thrive.

Collective scale
As pooled capital grows, the portfolio can support more organizations while increasing the scale and potential impact of each grant. Grants are unrestricted—trust in the organizations doing the work—and relationships continue over time, not just at the moment of funding.
| Total fund | Quarterly Fund | Nonprofits Supported | Avg Grant Per Nonprofit |
|---|---|---|---|
| $1M | $250K | 10 | $100,000 |
| $5M | $1.25M | 30 | $166,667 |
| $10M | $2.5M | 55 | $181,818 |
| $15M | $3.75M | 80 | $187,500 |
| $20M | $5M | 105 | $190,476 |
Illustrative fund architecture based on quarterly deployment; final allocations and portfolio composition will work on sliding scale contingent on the number of companies participating in the collective (as collective grows, a greater percentage is allocated to the fund).
A better corporate model
Corporate teams want to make a credible mental health commitment, but researching organizations, vetting programs, managing grants, and reporting outcomes requires time and expertise most teams do not have.
Innergiving removes that burden. Your company joins a pooled, expertly curated portfolio where every new member increases the collective’s reach—and gives your employees and leaders a real impact story to share.

Why this exists
One in five people will experience a mental health condition. Yet the organizations creating genuine safety, belonging, and healing remain among the most underfunded in the social sector.
Well-intentioned capital is often scattered across dozens of small grants—helpful, but too thin to transform. Innergiving brings the expertise, access, and architecture required to concentrate that generosity where it can change outcomes.

How we select
Every charitable organization is vetted through direct conversations with executive and board leadership, program documentation review, and reference conversations with peers, funders, and community partners—and tracked over time as circumstances change.
Does the work create genuine safety, belonging, and connection?
Is leadership strong, and is the organization built to last?
Are operations sustainable and resources used responsibly?

Our belief
Healing is not an individual achievement.
It is a relational experience.
People are not starving for another app. They are starving for safety, belonging, co-regulation, and each other. We fund the organizations that create those conditions—quietly, consistently, and close to community.
And we believe funding that work follows the same truth: real impact isn't created alone. A single company giving by itself can only do so much. Pooled into a collective, that same commitment becomes something no one could build individually—the way healing itself only happens together.
In a world that often pulls us apart, the Collective is a way to bring people and organizations together around what matters most.
The name
The term Innergiving stems from the conviction that the power to give lies within everyone. It begins by nurturing one’s own well-being to fuel a larger movement of healing and social change.
We emphasize self-care, personal growth, and connection as the catalyst for social impact. By fostering deep connection, we ensure that every individual has access to the resources and support they need to thrive, transforming personal healing into public progress.

Ken brings more than 30 years of operating and leadership experience to the work of philanthropic portfolio design. Over the last decade, he has researched and learned from more than 1,800 organizations across mental health, behavioral health, and human services.
His perspective is also personal. A triple bypass at 54 began a decade of inner work that changed how he understood trauma, pressure, healing, and the conditions people need to thrive. Innergiving Funds brings those two paths together: disciplined judgment and deep regard for the human work beneath the numbers.
